This is an institution in yosemite . You must stay here at least once in your lifetime. Staff is awesome, rooms are big lovely and historic. Super clean and comfortable. You should keep in mind that this is a national park gem and not a big city luxury hotel. They still have keys for the rooms and this is part of the charm of this one of a kind hotel. Super beautiful location , so glad we came!

My family of 3 stayed in 1 of the cottages for a couple nights in Feb. Fantastic location for easy access to the southern entrance of Yosemite. Property itself is very family friendly because of various activities. Our cottage was clean and well stocked. Resort grounds are well maintained. I would stay here again and highly recommend this resort.

Excellent place to stay . Donāt listen to the bad reviews it is obvious they thought they would be staying at a 5 star hotel . This is glamping and we loved it . We stayed at one of the yurts(tents) and it was awesome , we had a ceiling and floor fan , refrigerator and electricity, queen size bed , it was cozy and fun . We swam in the Merced river which is a3 minute walk across street . Take some flip flops for the communal showers which are shared but the hot water is amazing , this place is...

This place is perfect for a romantic getaway!! Such a beautiful location (hidden within beautiful Yosemite mountains); our room was comfortable and clean with an incredible view of the Camry valley; the staff was so friendly (go see George at the a Dining Hall for a free, delicious breakfast, served with a smile); the best part is that Yosemite National Park is right around the corner! We are definitely coming back.

Coming from the East Bay Area, I found the level of service, friendliness, and willingness to help extraordinarily HIGH! Much higher that you can hope for! Awesome CS level!
Returned after 9pm from dinner in Mariposa, we were unable to find parking. Ran into a staff member who recognized our plight. She immediately volunteered her space close to the Clubhouse! Said she was leaving soon anyway.
Always greeting with smiles and a friendly tone of voice.
Amazingly clean, rating 10/10 by my...

Stayed here after our camping trip. We used the laundry room, itās $3 to wash and $3 to dry. I bought laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets in Mariposa, $5 for about 6 loads. The laundry room was clean. The property was quiet. My room was clean and comfortable. I am definitely going to come back for our post camping trips. Mariposa is a cute town about 15 mins away. .
