"The people were friendly, but the hotel itself was sub-par. It advertised queen beds, but the beds are clearly doubles, which were too small for my family of 4 and my son had to sleep on the floor. There weren't water cups and the elevator and laundry room were out of order. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The bathroom floor was sticky and the sliding bathroom door was disgustingly grungy. We've stayed in Baymonts before and they're been fine, this one was gross."
