"We didn’t get out booked room of a king bed, but we were tired and 2 queens was fine. Then later that night while we are in bed we have other guest walk into our room. Apparently they were given the same room. The front desk called to verify it was me in the room then hung up. At this point our cards got deactivated but they never told us this and that we would have to get them rekeyed at the desk. And throughout the night there was this weird tapping maybe from the next room but sound proofing...

"What a beautiful surprise stay! The Aspen room was terrific, especially the mural. The hospitality of the staff, fresh-baked snickerdoodle cookies, and breakfast in the garden were lovely. Would definitely stay here again! Also, off street parking and walking distance to Coors Field (but not through the safest of neighborhoods, so keep that in mind)."

"It was outstanding in every way imaginable! Went for our honeymoon, stayed in the Royale Suite,naclcony accesswith a view over courtyard,amazing. Rich history inside this mansion,gorgeous staircase in the entryway,not to mention the spooky ghosts to greet you when you stumble in from the convenient Tavern 10 FEET from the hotel! Located in awesome Capitol Hill, tons of local food,clothing and dank close by. Cannot wait to go back and see what Chris has in store for the basement!!!! Will be back...

"The coffee and tea bar are as bare bones economical as the bathtubs are over-the-top. The area of town where the hotel is located is undergoing gentrification, so expect to go further afoot to get places to eat, especially breakfast. Location is very convenient to downtown and the 16th St Mall."

"Very nice looking hotel with poor operators. Desk staff young and inexperienced. Biggest issue in a the motion thermostats that make room super hot at night. Can’t imagine that saves enough money to make it worth losing customers. Weird experience. Glad was only there one night"

"Enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Will say that the only negative was a lack of insulation from room to hallway. Could hear other guest when talking in the hall. But that only occurred for about an hour at 10 to 11."
