"Hotel was really nice and the heated pool was fantastic! Breakfast was really good as well. The only complaint we had was our room key kept freezing daily and we had to get a new one 2x and on the third day a new person, who was very helpful, said previously whoever made our keys kept doing it for 1 day only. Which isn’t the worse but definitely an inconvenience. We were also there for 4 days and not once did we get any room service. I’m not sure is that’s something you have to ask for but never had that happen before."

"Terrible customer service. I have contacted the propery regarding a sweater that was left behind less than 2 hours from checking out. I specifically told whomever I was texting the room number and I had left the sweater on the bed. No response whatsoever! "

"There weren't really many amenities which is why thats a 3 star other than a laundry room and free coffee and tea. I didnt expect any tho so that was actually fine. I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable. Everything was so clean. People were nice and quiet. Great location. Overall it was a 5 star stay"

"Was an absolutely amazing stay. The food in the morning and every night along with the snacks was one of the best perks, friendly staff clean hotel. The only recommendation I have is to upgrade the TV to a smart TV for apps. I will definitely be staying in this chain again when I travel. "

Pretty much everything you need all in one spot. Ran into no problems. The location was ideal for commuting around the city. Lots of attractions and restaurants in the area alone.
