No hand lotion in the room. Staff didn't know the Kickback menu. Food good at kickback and breakfast. Neither Front desk nor Help Desk knew how to open the microwave in room, said they'd send up someone, I said don't bother, but they did anyway to my dismay- I couldn't let him in because I was getting dressed. Shocked at this experience!"
