"The accommodation were perfect for what we needed while tackling a busy to do list while in the city. A highlight for us was the shower/ bathroom- which was clean, beautifully decorated, and had amazing water pressure/heat. I would recommend bringing your own pillow, as the ones on site were a little stiff. Would definitely book again."

Special highlights for them were the fun games provided and the fantastic Nespresso machine with a frother, making mornings extra delightful.The hosts are truly exceptional—kind, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. It’s clear they genuinely care about creating a magical escape for their guests. My parents already plan to make this their annual getaway. "Be aware this property is newly listing but not brand new.I would go zero star if I could.We chose this place because it is advertising as a super clean property and disinfected every staying. We only used two bedrooms and one bathroom because I didn't want to clean the entire place as I already cleaned hard with my own cleaner for the areas I really needed to use.Netflix, you need to relogin with their help every other day.Windmere shopping center is close but far from everywhere else.The garage was convenient but no fob. So you have to get in and out of your vehicle every time for open/close.My biggest mistake was that I didn't know there is a renter in the basement. it is said on the website with only a couple sentences in a very long paragraph so I missed that.We had one single dead bed bug issue during stay and They charged me for the treatment. I just laughed because it was a joke that they charge me instead of keeping the property clean. I was told there is no proof it was not my fault. seriously??My first period of deposit was charged instead of holding until I went through my bank statement and found they charged for security deposit. I emailed them and they said it was a 'mistake'. Right. And then after checking out, they charged me without any notice for the pest control treatment. I travel a lot but never had this ridiculous experience.Only good part was they respond quickly but nothing changed. "

"Our family was comprised of myself, my spouse and our 3 sons who are 3 months, 3 years and 4 years old. We also were able to bring our 6 year old golden doodle which kept our whole family together. The space was very clean, modern, spacious and had many appliances. Just down the street from a small playground for the kids. Plenty of linens, bedding and pillows. Two single mattresses for the kids and a queen in the main bedroom for the parents. The pull out couch was nice as well. Wifi, Netflix, prime and the Disney network were great for the kids. Improvements: could include some kids plates, utensils, cups. A fence for the backyard would be helpful to keep the dog in the backyard and to keep the neighbors garbage out of the backyard. A strainer and some large spatulas cooking would be helpful as well. The garbage bin was full when we arrived so we had to keep our garbage aka baby diapers inside the mud room until the garbage was emptied on the next garbage day. Would recommend to friends."
