"Resort and view was very good, service and food poor. Attention to finer details was missing which would have made a big difference ... we stayed for 2 nights ... second night we were the only 2 guests and instead of being spoilt by extra attention, at one point I had to search in order to find one of two staff members working that night. Disappointing after an 8 hour travel from San Carlos to get there in the first place."

"Location is great, atmosphere is relax and peaceful. I would stay here again as I'm very easy traveller but this place needs lots of improvements and this place would be amazing. The new manager just started as I was there and I can see he is very good and want to improve it, I really hope it works. Staff are very friendly and helpful but restaurant is closed too early (7.30pm), food taking forever to arrive. The beach is great but needs to be cleaner and looked after.
