"The place is permanently closed. Expedia is a band of idiots because they refuse to refund my money after establishing that the place is permanently closed. I could not stay there so why are you asking me to rate the place. It’s closed down forever. I had to contact American Express to get my refund because Expedia is being so moronic about this. Do not use Expedia either as they are idiots when it comes to problems like this. "

Hotel Casa San Martin
3.0 star property
6.4 out of 10, (21)
"The location is great and the building could be totally CHARMING if there was more effort, cleanliness, and thought put into it. Our pillows did not even have pillowcases on them, there were stains on the bed sheets and they smelled like mold, our room was super hot and small, and the shower was moldy and not clean. The staff was friendly enough though. I can definitely handle rough hostels etc, but this was advertised very differently and we were at the point in our trip when we wanted...
