"The room was dirty. The bathroom door was stuck and could not be closed properly. There was hair on the beds, and the towels looked dirty and had a brownish color. Additionally, the front desk staff member who assisted us during check-in was not very friendly or welcoming. Overall, our experience was disappointing, and the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I expected much better for the price we paid."

"Place was ghetto, in a rough part of town and it was not clear from the description that this a motel with your room door facing the outside of the "hotel" which is completely unsecured. I pulled up after dark and did not feel comfortable checking in as a single female traveling alone with a child. Booked at a different Best Western near Six Flags and it was a world of difference!"
