"Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, delicious breakfast, and most of all - Lidia! The best host ever. The views of the quarries and city center from the room terraces are superb. "
"Very helpful and nice staff. The bartender gave us lots of info on where to go and everyone was very anxious to please. Parking was a bit challenging but we were given a pass to park on the street. Delicious and varied breakfast. "
"It is a lovely place. The owner goes a long way to make you feel at home: the extra touch of the free drinks in the kitchen was particularly appreciated. I would definitely go back."
"Quiet, suburban area. Host was great, English not so good but neither was my Italian! Managed to communicate. Had breakfast the one morning and it was really good value for E7 each. 12 minute walk to the square. Some noise if guests are awake early but that’s to be expected in a B&B. Shutters on the window kept the room dark when sleeping. A/C worked well and was quiet when I switched the swing function off. Parking was fine."
"We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sea Pearl Luxury Rooms — the room was well designed, modern, spotless, great A/C, free street parking in front, and close to the Migliarina train station to go to cinque terre which was much quieter and easier to park than céntrale. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, stocked mini bar fridge with reasonable prices and coffee/tea. Also try Andree restaurant when you’re in La Spezia, can’t recommend it enough! "
"Beautiful property, full of history and culture.
Staff at Castello have been exceptional, friendly and attentive. 5/5 for cleanliness and food. Pool is quite clean and well equipped for relaxing. Would highly recommend :-)"
"We met with the kindest hosts ever. Elisa and Simone are the best. Staying in their guest house is like staying home. Very convenient location, nice neighborhood with lots of shopping and dining options. We would love to come back. "

Le Village Sarzana
8/10 Good
"The Breakfast the 2. Day was not good. It was not ready a 8, o’clock, så we had to wait 15 minutes.
The sofa-bed was not made for adults-young, you could feel the iron beneath."
La Nocciola Apartment LAST MINUTE SEPTEMBER, PRIVATE POOL,

Villa La Vigna with pool for the exclusive use of guests
8/10 Good
"This villa is in a beautiful rural location a short walk outside the village of Castel-Nuovo. It looks over the quite populated valley below that leads to La Spezia. We had a hard time finding the villa because the Internet went down soon after leaving the La Spezia-PIsa highway so we couldn't use Google-Maps, but providing the internet is working it's easy to find. The pool is small but warm (in early June) and in a pleasant private location. One of the two bed-rooms is up a steep winding metal staircase, so not ideal for the non-agile. The kitchen could benefit - maybe especially for English visitors - from a few extra items e.g.: an electric kettle; a proper tea-pot that pours properly; plus a few containers for putting food in the fridge. It would also be useful to have some 'basics' in the kitchen for those who arrive late e.g.: salt; sugar; tea. The Hosts are very helpful and supply plenty of local information. They live nearby but do not overlook the villa which is private for tenants only. "
Ancient house in the village, in the green, equipped with everything, for couples or families of 5
10/10 Excellent
"Alberico's house is simply enchanting and so is the hamlet of Ponzanello. You really feel like you're stepping back in time (except you have access to all the modern amenities which is great)! The location is perfect if you have a car, about a hour drive to Cinque Terre, plenty of vineyards and other medieval villages to visit in the surroundings."
