"Perfect position overlooking harbour, very helpful staff, always answered when needed. At 67, we probably didn't take in to account the distance from parking to rooms. Downhill was ok, but took its toll on the return journey. All that considered we had a fabulous time."

"15 minutes outside Riomaggiore, which I was worried about at first, however it was really nice to leave the busy town and the bus schedule was convenient. Large patio with amazing views. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."

"We had a basic economy room so expectations were not high, but the room was very basic. No fridge/mini-bar, no coffee in room, mattress was bad and pillows terrible. Just a partial ocean view as well. That being said, it was clean and the location was perfect to hit all 5 towns in a day and a half. There was no restaurant and very few choices in town or close by. Breakfast was pretty good each morning. For the price and location I would say it is worth the stay."

Tagsüber haben wir Ausflüge zu den anderen Cinque Terre Städtchen gemacht, die viel überlaufener und voller waren. Da haben wir uns abends immer wieder auf unser beschauliches und ruhiges Corniglia gefreut. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht, ist sehr gemütlich und mitten in Corniglia gelegen. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war eher sehr basic, aber ok."

"Do not take the hiking path that starts from the town of Vernazza, call a taxi to bring your luggage to the top! We made the mistake of bringing our luggage up the hiking path, which took an hour and 1000ft of elevation! Be wary of Google Maps and ask locals for routes. The walk from top to bottom is about 40-50 minutes, and some 10% inclines, but great exercise if you don’t mind the journey! The view alone makes this worth it. "The hotel has the most amazing view...by far the best view in the entire Cique Terre area. The hotel has a lot good parking if you need to bring your car. The single lane road to access the hotel is a bit harrowing but there is a shuttle down to Monterosso every hour. The hotel is warm inside and the breakfast was wonderful. A gripe for us was the air conditioning or lack of. The website includes air conditioning but they will not turn it on until 27 degrees C. My wife was having hot flashes...
