"The staff was great! So nice at check-in and helpful at check out with a calling up a taxi. Rooms were modern and clean. Are outside hotel was very run down and did not feel safe."

"Our room was modern, clean, quiet, comfortable, with a terrific large bathroom, and only a couple blocks from the Napoli Centrale train station. The hotel is in a dedicated portion of a larger residential building with an exterior entrance. Sophia checked with us a day ahead, then met us at the door to ensure we could get in and had everything we needed. Breakfast is pastry and coffee at a cafe across the street. We sat down for table service before catching a train to our next stop. The pastries were warm and the coffee was perfect. The area near the train terminal is gritty and urban, typical of a large city, but we didn't have any concerns.The service was excellent and we would happily stay again. A great value, too. "For an on airport hotel this was very good. Close to car rental drop off and the departure/ arrival terminal . Friendly staff rooms clean and comfortable. It is what it is ! "
