"Hôtel très bien situé à 5 mn à pied de la gare centrale (Garibaldi). Aspect extérieur un peu bizarre mais chambre spacieuse et très propre, bien insonorisée. Il faut appeler le patron au téléphone quand vous arrivez car il n'y a pas de sonnette. Il est super sympa, vous installe et vous explique tout. Le matin il apporte les petits déjeuners dans la petite salle prévue à cet effet. Idéal pour visiter Naples avec les proximités du train et du métro !"
"The room is freshly renovated in an older building (mind your head on the 5 foot door at the entrance). Comfortable bed, quiet cool a/c. Full size tv with Netflix. Good communication from staff. Included very tasty coffee and breakfast snack at the neighbouring patisserie. Very pleasant base for our travels in the Naples area."
"The place is nicely located but is on the 5th floor and has a tiny elevator that costs 20c to use. The open bathroom and jacuzzi seemed fantastic until I realized I had to take a **** in the same room as my fiance.

"Very clean and bright, no one is on site, so check in was a challenge but it worked. Nothing was open on Sunday night locally so dinner was hard to find, but they had snacks, water and cookies available so we totally made due. Contact 72 hours before to ensure smooth check in, we had no phone so this was difficult. Cab to the airport was $25 they picked us up at 3 am no problem."

"Beautiful old hotel with a wonderful welcome from the owner who was extremely helpful and gave lots of good advice. The property is clean and all staff are courteous. The room we stayed in was comfortable- great for our family for a short stay. They provide coffee, water, a fridge, microwave and a dining room, as well as a beautiful shared lounge. Breakfast is included and is downstairs at a local cafe which did excellent pastries and coffee. The location enables walking or taking public transport to some of the major sites, including the Archeological museum, historic centre and the major catacombs. The property is very secure and the owner was very responsive. "
"You have a wonderful breakfast to start the day, and mass transit is nearby and have many choices to go sightseeing in Naples. The rooms are cleaned everyday with clean towels. The beds are comfortable and a pleasure to sleep in. I highly recommend to stay at the Holiday inn Naples.

There is a handy supermarket nearby and the team provide coffee pods and snacks, which was very useful.
