"We enjoyed the view, and the room was very nice. One should be aware the sea view rooms can potentially be a bit loud due to all the pedestrian traffic along the sea wall. Not bad with door closed but if you want it open, it’s loud especially over a weekend. Didn’t take away from the overall experience. Elements bar was great! Great service and great food. Breakfast was also great! We enjoyed our stay, thank you!"

"What a cute little hotel. It is a 2 minute walk from 2 different train stations, so couldn't be more convenient. It's very hard to find but they sent me this really cute little video the night before I checked in that shows you exactly where to go. The rooms were very clean. "The hotel was located in close proximity to the main train station and major sites in the city. The room was fairly large, modern & clean. The area was quite busy, from a traffic standpoint, but the room was quiet. The desk personnel were all friendly and helpful. "This property is six minutes away from Napoli Central in a somewhat sketchy neighbourhood. It is incredibly noisy outside the property. Once you get inside the property, it’s a complete 180. The property is an absolute gem. The room had a coffee machine although I couldn’t get mine to work on day two and three of my stay. The TV was perfect for my seven year old. "I was here off season so I believe it would have been better during tourist season. It’s a reasonable hotel with nice pool grounds. You definitely want to have a car while here as there is no public transit nearby. There’s a bus by twenty minute walk but it is surrounded by highways. Crystal Cafe was great and Pizza in the mall nearby was fabulous but it’s a dangerous walk on highways. The staff was helpful when I needed something. Definitely have your Italian translator handy."
