"We stayed for 2 weeks. The house is a 5-minute walk to all the downtown activities, restaurants etc. The home looks smaller from the outside and is huge inside. Also oftentimes in vrbos the furniture is uncomfortable and worn. This was not the case. Everything was a nice quality. I would highly recommend this home. And the property manager was very helpful and responsive."

"I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such."
