"The front staff is courteous and very quick with my check in (even though it’s late at night). 3 Palms also located in a fairly quiet and affluent part of town (near Catalina Foot’s Hill north). During my stay I’ve seen multiple police cruisers roaming patrolling (similar to other parts of North Tucson). Checkout is also brief as well. My only concern is the walk around the property to access my room (third floor room through multiple hallways). Parking can also fill up if the hotel is busy. Overall, it’s great and will stay here again "

"Very nice area. The room was new. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The bed was wonderful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I wish there were a hair dryer in the bathroom. I liked the shower in the very clean and well-lit bathroom."

"The staff were all so wonderful. The room was really pretty and had nice artistic touches. The water park was really fun and a great way to beat the heat. There was an adult only pool too that felt very secluded and peaceful. Aunt Chiladas was tasty. We were always able to easily get a ride on a golf cart around the property which was very helpful in the heat."
