"This place make me feel like I'm on vacation. I feel like I'm at a small resort in Mexico. The swimming pool is a nice place to enjoy. The water park it's an extra bonus with a couple of swimming pool and a long lazy river. Room is a bit dim and a little old for me. But it was clean and big. I would stay here again"

"The property is nice but lacks a decent restaurant. The pool cabana bar is wonderful but closes too early. The only restaurant for dinner is outdated , dark and dingy. "

"Beautiful views from the rooms. Note that if you arrive on your own during the day, you will be asked to pay a national park fee due to location of tbe property. It would be good if the hotel disclosed that detail because it is a $30 fee and saying that you are staying at the hotel does not wave the fee. Nice to have several dining options on site. Hotel gym is just a bunch of dumbbels and a cable machine - not really usable. "

"The moment you see the Enchantment resort you realise how special this place is. We had a Casita which is the perfect size, with a jaw dropping view and an amazing balcony to sit out and see the stars which I have never experienced in a place with so little light pollution. The staff are amazing, the accommodation is excellent and the resort amenities are unbelievable, the fitness centre is honestly the best I have ever seen, the pool area is awesome with an amazing red rock canyon backdrop....

"The staff was great. Hotel and rooms were clean. I did have a broken fridge and running toilet in my room. I was only there for 2 nights, so I never bothered to report it. Otherwise, everything was great."
