"Me gustó la limpieza. El que se podría ser más amable es la persona que me atendió en el registro se llama José no fue muy amable,"

"Staff is very helpful and on time with all of my concerns. Highly recommended."

"The property itself was very nice, but the rooms are very very outdated. The room was clean, but just smelled old. The bed was comfortable enough but you can tell the mattress was old. I always check every hotel we stay at for bedbugs, and although I didn’t find any bugs, the mattress was discolored from age. The AC was very cold, which we loved, but it was so loud we literally had to turn the tv up So loud, we probably annoyed our neighbors. The lamps on top Of the tv were stained from what I...

"Clean facilities, very pleasant host"

"It was like staying at home! The staff at the property and the leasing agent were so sweet - it was like making new friends. I will definitely stay here again ❤️ It is a few miles from downtown, but there are stores very close. I would suggest renting a car or using Lyft. I had no problem getting a Lyft."

"Environment and how clean everything was"

"The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests."

"I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. "

"The house was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with everything! We rented this house for work, but also had my wife and toddler come stay with us for a week. So comfortable and perfect and good location. Thank you so much for your hospitality."

"We actually didn't get to stay at the Landmark as Metro Hospitality told me when I called the day before check-in about our room not being available. They claimed to have an equal property in Casa Grande and with my son's wedding the next day I took their word for it and that was a mistake. I paid for a luxurious apartment 3brd and what I received was a 2bdr slum in Casa Grande that couldn't accommodate our entire family. They won't respond to my many attempts to reach them. Anyway, they ruined...

"Great spacious, clean and comfy area."
