The hotel itself was remarkable. I’ve traveled a lot in my time and I have to say this is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been to.. it was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was amazing, very welcoming and professional. Our rooms were beautiful!! Héctor and Hania were incredibly kind and helpful—always attentive and making us feel right at home.
