"The service and attention to detail by the staff was impeccable. My hats off to all of the employees of the hotel, they are awesome! It’s in a great location in the walled city that allows easy access, within a 10 minute walk, to all of the nightlife that Cartagena has to offer (we walked to and from the various bars and nightlife every night and felt very safe). There are hotel staff manning the entrance to the hotel at all hours. The hotel is also literally surrounded by local restaurants. Great pool, with a great pool bar. Great hotel restaurant! Huge shout out to the hotel bartenders! We had a group of 20 and they were awesome and didn’t miss a beat! I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the walled city. The room prices are premium, but for good reason."
