"Our stay at this location was just wonderful, small but cozy room. The staff was just amazing, Valeria, Manuel and Stefany , always there 27/7 at the lobby available for anything we could need. They were very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect. Close to the center and to the port where we needed to go for our islands trips . The accommodation is also clean and smells good. I would definitely recommend it."

Cons: Very hot in the pods, only 1 toilet which has no lock, showers barely had water (only cold), stairs to top pod were tiny and ours was broken, no lockers so we had to keep our luggage in our pod, spa advertised in pictures had no water. Pros: Good location and nice staff"

"I had a good experience during my stay from the great service in the kitchen and amazing breakfast to the front desk people who were really nice and helpful. The hotel has a nice pool, my room had comfortable beds but it was a bit small, the hotel is under renovation and is centrally located."

The room for me was wayyy too small with not even enough space to open my suitcase in it, but the staff was very helpful and understanding of why I ended up staying somewhere else. It's a beautiful space, but I would only recommend it if you are a light packer/minimalist. The location is great for walking around the Getsemani and walled city area. "

"Hotel Fegali is strategically located next to the main tourist spots of Cartagena. If you are like me and feel tired of standardized, reproducible hotel chains with no essence of the city, this is the place to be. "

"Door could not lock to our room or properly close the door, and the sheets had some questionable stains on them. "

"I booked and paid on expedia, upon arrival the clerk tried to say i had not paid, then he tried to charge us more saying i had not paid the full price. I had to show him my records before he finally decided i had paid...it felt like a scam, he did apologize but it still felt like a deliberate act. Additionally while in the room, staff members would periodically enter the room and take pictures, i founf this to be disturbing. "
