"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "The location to the castle is 2 nd to none. A 5 minute walk is all it takes to be at the castle. We booked for Bastille Day. Spent the day walking around . We had lunch then returned to 514 , showered and changed. Returned to the castle for supper . Watched the fireworks display which was breathtaking. Fantastic location.The room was clean and equipped with fridge, 2 ring hob, microwave, coffee maker ( one pod machine and also a filter machine) Well worth a visit and great value for money."
"Hotel is around 40 mins up a hill from the centre of Carcassone and public transport to get there isn’t good. There isn’t much around there so if you don’t have a car be prepared to get a lot of steps in. The room itself could do with a renovation. "

"Fabienne very helpful, but lucky that we had some French between us! There's always Google translate though! House was lovely and setting very peaceful. The village is great with lots of restaurants, but be aware that some don't open Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Also advisable to book ahead - especially if you arrive on a Saturday and want to eat out. It really is only a 5 minute walk but on arrival you won't think so - the walk back is Ok with just a short sharp stretch at the end. Nothing not to enjoy."

"Behind the door of this property on an ancient, unassuming street in Caunes-Minervois, you find the most beautiful holiday home, with the emphasis on 'home' !From the terrace with its outdoor kitchen and comfortable furnishings, to the generously open-plan kitchen and living area to the elegant bedrooms to the fantastic bathroom and walk-in shower room, everything has been created for the comfort and delight of guests. It is a real gem, and we shall definitely be back. "

"The apartment is perfectly located in the oldest part of a beautiful medieval town. It is a short walk to an excellent bakery, butcher and several good restaurants. The unit is a bit of an unusual layout, but Christine has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. She provides so much helpful information about sightseeing and is very quick to respond to questions. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and an excellent base for enjoying the region. "

"Nicely renovated house in one of the most beautiful villages in the Minervois. Great to have two bathrooms along with the two bedrooms. Well equipped and everything working. The owner lives close by and was very helpful throughout, providing wood for the fireplace during a cool spell. Charming terrace with views for warmer days. Highly recommended."
