"This really is a beautiful property, great value. Spacious balcony with plenty shade when sunny. Very close to tram line from airport, and about 20 minute leisurely wander to Promenade des Anglais. "Great location in Nice. Near the train station and airport. It is an older apartment and needs repairs. There is one bathroom that is split into 2 rooms. One room has shower and double sink the 2nd room has the toilet and small sink. Sofa bed is really bad so the 5th person had to sleep on the sofa which wasn’t much better. It is a self service apartment so bring your own supplies, including toilet paper. Check in was easy, communication was fine. Location is the best part."

"The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location near Garibaldi Place and the old town. It was also near the tram and bus stop which was ideal for exploring Nice and the surrounding area. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and polite and made us feel really welcome. Our room was cleaned every day. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. This hotel deserves at least 4*!"

"The Hotel Beua Rivage was a great palce to stay for my first time in Nice. It is situated right at the begining of Old Nice. I could easily walk into the new part of Nice or the old section from this hotel. It is just acros the street from the beach on the Mediterranean. I easily found my way around and enjoyed walking, biking and outdoor dining."
