"The appartment was perfectly situated just off the main avenue and tram route from the airport inside the old town ,an easy walk from the main tram station. The appointment is on the 2nd floor with 4 short flights of stairs to climb. "Best place to stay in Nice. It is right in the heart of old town and everything is within walking distance. The market in the mornings was the best to buy fresh fruit and walk along the beach. There is a coffee shop across the street for the coffee lovers and an ice cream shop for those with a sweet tooth. The room itself is very simple but has everything that you need. The shower it self is small but other than that it was great! The hotel staff is also very nice and great with communication....

"The best thing about the hotel was the terrace and view from the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fairly standard, the food was good but what you would expect from a breakfast buffet. Check in was stressful as I had been delayed in arriving at the hotel and due to the complex layout the employee at the desk insisted I waited for the valet. "The Hotel Beua Rivage was a great palce to stay for my first time in Nice. It is situated right at the begining of Old Nice. I could easily walk into the new part of Nice or the old section from this hotel. It is just acros the street from the beach on the Mediterranean. I easily found my way around and enjoyed walking, biking and outdoor dining."
