"The appartment was perfectly situated just off the main avenue and tram route from the airport inside the old town ,an easy walk from the main tram station. The appointment is on the 2nd floor with 4 short flights of stairs to climb. You have all the items you need to enjoy your stay laid out in a typical French style although the access to the bath and wc can be a tight squeeze....a comfortable bed and plenty of hanging space . We did have some noise from building work in the block and the...

"The location of this hotel is to die for. As a tourist, I would venture to say you would be hard pressed to find a better located hotel. You are so close to all of the main attractions of Nice: the beach, Castle Hill, Promenade de Anglais, Place Massena, Old Town, not to mention about a 15min from the Nice-Ville train station which can take you anywhere on the French Riviera. The price of the room felt fair, the rooms were cleaned everyday. My only two complaints with the room was that one day...

"Staff at reception friendly and attentive. Welcoming reception area and bedroom very nice and clean with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect very near the old town with markets with fresh produce and flowers, restaurants and right near the cobbled beach and seafront walkway xxx"
