- Bright, comfortable, quiet and well located.
- The apartment is located in the city center, in the heart of Nice, 150 m away from the main avenue Jean-Médecin, close to the tramway 1 & 2, and the Nice Etoile shopping mall.
- La Coulée verte, Old Nice, museums, Place Massena, shopping centres, bars, restaurants, La Promenade des Anglais, and beaches can all be reached within 2 to 15 minutes on foot.
- Direct tram access to Nice international airport. Tram Line 1 and Line 2 both meet at Jean Medecin station which is a 5 minute walk to the apartment. One way trip to the airport costs 1 € (10 trip tram pass costs 10 €).
- Located on the first floor with elevator.
- Gives view on two sunny and calm courtyards.

The apartment is comfortable and in a good location. The kitchen was very well stocked and the owner and person that took care of the apartment were very attentive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend it to other guests.

We had a great stay at Marie-France's Appartement! Enjoyed the spacy living room with its tastefull enterieur, the well equipped kitchen, the modern shower and the sleep in the comfortable bed. Ideal to discover Nice by food, only a short walk of 10 min. to Vieille Ville, 15 min to the beach..shops and restaurants just around the corner..it always felt like coming home to a beloved space after our daytrips. Thanks, Marie-France for letting your guests share in your beautiful apartement :)

Summer Break in Rue Biscarra Nice

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Nice and found the apartment very comfortable convenient and very quiet considering its location in the city centre. It is very well equipped with the air-conditioning very welcome as we were there during a very warm spell. The owner and 'care-taker' were very helpful and I would recommend this accommodation as ideal for exploring Nice and surroundings.

Return visit - excellent stay

We returned for a third time to stay in this lovely apartment, this time for three weeks. It feels like a home from home for us and we absolutely love it. There is a very welcoming local community, everyone is very friendly and the location is so convenient for getting out and about in Nice. We will definitely return again, highly recommended!

Second visit, a lovely stay in this charming apartment

We first stayed here in July 2023 and really loved this beautiful apartment and location. Delighted to be back for a winter break, so much so we will be returning for a further stay shortly. The apartment is charming and is very well equipped with everything one needs for a home away from home stay. Excellent location for shopping, local bars and restaurants and the tram to the Old Town and Seafront. Highly recommended

Nice Jean Medecin Biscarra best stay

This was the best stay we have had at a short term rental place. The apartment is on a nice street close to many restaurants, shopping locations, tram to go to the airport (20 min), the beach, promenade des anglais (15 min) , the old city area and the metro. The response time from Marie-France for the booking was quick and Alfredo showed flexibility during check-in and was responsive when we had questions. We really felt at ease in the apartment as it is bright, felt large due to the open concept, the bathroom area modern and the kitchen had all what was needed plus some. Many restaurants are just a few minutes away on Biscarra and with Jean Medecin also just a few minutes away which is the main thoroughfare with the tram is and many shops located. We would definitely want to stay with Marie-France if we were to be in Nice in the future and absolutely enjoyed all what the city has to offer.

Good apartment in near perfect location

More than adequate and spacious for two, and has almost everything you could want. Airco was great, and excellent sunshades keep it from overheating anyway. Cleaning could have been better, and the oven in particular was very dirty. The bedroom and beds and also the carpets could do with a good vacuuming. Lack of an extractor fan kept us from using the cooktop, but plenty of good restaurants make it less of a necessity. Plenty of hot water for a shower or a bath was great! Washer/dryer was very nice, too. We felt very secure with the multiple licks on the door, and the location in a quiet side street in the center of town. Public transport is within a couple of minutes, as are some shops and supermarkets. Overall a good experience, even if it is somewhat expensive, and I would not hesitate to recomend this place.

Bon endroit à Nice

Grand et bel appartement au plain centre de Nice proche de toutes commodités. Parmi quelques bémols, il faut citer les bruits de voisinage auxquels il faudra s'habituer. Heureusement pas tous les jours! Sinon, à conseiller!

Quiet and in a convenient location

The flat is in a good location near the train, tram and bus stops. Easy to get around. The flat is in a nice quiet building, with not much street traffic. Marie-France was great giving us detailed instructions of the flat. Beds were comfortable, Appliances are new. Definitely would use again in the future.

Tranquility in the heart of Nice

In September 2018, my wife and I enjoyed a lovely time in Nice at this apartment near Avenue Jean-Medecin. The apartment was spacious enough for us to invite another couple to share several nights with us. Everything we found there was as indicated on the website. The kitchen is newly-renovated with an induction range, an oven, and other modern features which made roasted chicken, lamb couscous, and poached dourade all a snap. Shopping for food and everything else was close by and convenient. The bathroom also was newly fitted and included a washer/dryer combo...a little tricky! but ultimately successful. The apartment is secure, in a rear building away from the street, but sun streamed through the living room windows every morning. The only noise was happy children at a school on the other side of a parking lot. Closing the windows...taking advantage of the air conditioning... made everything calm and quiet. Our hosts were very attentive to our needs. They established communication early in the reservations process and gave us a secure feeling about our arrival after a long trip from California. We have rented and stayed in apartments in many parts of France; this one is high on our list of places to return to.
