North Captiva Point House - Boat/Water Taxi Only **NEWLY RENOVATED **
"Excellent rental on it’s own private peninsula at the tip of the island. You definitely need a golf cart to get around. Saw dolphin and manatee from the dock daily. Communication with the host was seamless. Beds could use a mattress upgrade. That’s the only fault I could find. Would 100% return."

"Very nice place overlooking the gulf. the new berm on the beach impeded some of the views of the waves breaking on the shore. Also, first floor description I literally thought I would have been able to walk right out of the lanai to the beach... my error on being from up north not realizing first ..."

Beach Villa 2117: Beachfront Luxury on Captiva
"The stay was lovely. I would suggest that more towels and a bath mat be provided since the unit doesn’t have a washer and dryer. The addition of placemats and coasters would allow guests to protect the furniture."
