BEACHFRONT LUXURY ISLAND HOME PRIVATE SWIM SPA~FISHING DOCK~GOLF CART STUNNING

"This was a great place to stay. Took a lot of planning to coordinate airfare, Uber, shuttle, ferry and groceries but it all came together flawlessly. The vrbo was cute, nicely maintained, and had the private beach which was great. This location was known for its fishing off the dock (many boats came by and fished near here). Dolphins could be seen daily from the house/dock. The wildlife was amazing...stingrays, manatees, starfish, crabs, iguanas, turtles, and the shells on the beach were incredible. Only a few restaurants were on the island (and they are pretty pricey) so we definitely planned accordingly to cook at the vrbo as much as possible. The only concern was the PM company at certain times. When we did have an issue, they hid behind the text messages and wouldn't return phone calls. Once things were finally resolved, they were easier to work with."

"This home is fantastic! Right on the ocean, the pictures and claims are very accurate in a good way! The property management is very helpful and prompt. Lots of fun extras…kayaks, paddle boards, floating ring thing and miscellaneous games. Dolphins swam out front a lot and at mid day we had great success fishing right in front of the home. Beach is very Shelly and kinda hard to walk on, but that out of there control. Fun place!!!!"

"Probably the nicest place we’ve stayed in. The house was incredible. Really can’t think of anything about the house that wasn’t perfect. Our entire family had a great week. Had a few issues but both were taken care immediately(the pool needed vacuumed which they did the next morning. And one of the carts had a broken wheel bearing and they brought us a replacement within a few hours). The hosts were responsive to all our questions and needs. Would recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely consider a return visit. Beautiful place."

"We have been visiting North Cap for two decades. We have stayed in many different properties all over the island. This property is well maintained. The layout is family friendly. The kitchen is one of the most stocked kitchens as far as equipment, cookware, utensils, storage dishes etc. the main living space makes for perfect family time as it is central to the home. This house is in a very quiet area on the island. Golf cart worked great. Nice tables for outdoor dining. Nice large TV off the main living area deck. The management company who manages your arrival, provides an excellent service. They communicate responsively. Have a great guide in the home. Made excellent recommendations. After experiencing their services we will be only considering homes they manage in the future. Trust me, a great owner and management company make for a successful island trip! Well done Barefoot Hideaway!"

"We were a family of 7 including a toddler and a 6 year old. The Tipsy Turtle was absolutely the best space we could have found on N Captiva to meet our needs. The house was lovely and furnished with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the housekeeping staff had done a marvelous job getting the home ready for our arrival. While only 2 minutes from the beach OR the bay, the pool area was just wonderful also! A great place to hang out after morning beach time, showers and afternoon naps!! Management was very responsive when we had a golf cart issue….thanks to Molly and to Kale Dudding for providing the perfect property!"

"We had an outstanding trip to Peter’s Beach House this past June. The house was very clean and check-in was a breeze. It’s recently remodeled and has everything you could want for a family of 4-5. The beach front is just a few steps away and perfect for small children - minimal waves, plenty of sea shells to grab, and even the ability to fish right off the beach. Toys, chairs, and everything else you might need was provided. Shallys Property Management does a phenomenal job making sure groceries and everything else are ready to go. We absolutely look to see if this is available for future trips and would stay again."
