"Poor internet and phone service in room & several areas of property. Buffet breakfast good and included with room rate. Property was pushing 18% or higher gratuity for breakfast. Have never stayed in a resort property that included breakfast and then handed guests gratuity card for completion. Nice room view of Sanibel. Room very spacious. Nice large TV. Hotel is an older hotel but clean and nice location."

"Our stay was great the only thing was the walls that separate the rooms are very thin. We were able to hear both the tv and our neighbors conversations . Aside from that and the sand mites it was a great trip"

"Great location for Fort Meyers beach. Our room was dated/worn and not particularly clean (bedsheets stained etc). That being said, our room was old in the older part of the resort, so the newer side may be better? On site bar is worth a visit for food/drink"
