Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. "We stayed on this B&B for a couple of night. The B&B is well located like 10-15 min walking to the Arena. It is not a hotel, is a room very clean, spacious and modern in a residential flat. The breakfast is European style. The only but is that they want to know exactly the time of your arrival for check-in like a week in advance. We were traveling by train and that is not always possible to anticipate the arrival tines one week before. "
