"Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful surprise. From the welcome and valet parking to the helpful, friendly staff! It is perfectly situated for exploring beautiful Verona after partaking of the delicious breakfast spread. The room was bijou but had many extras to make it very comfortable. It truly is pet friendly- especially with gorgeous Mia in the foyer waiting to greet the guests. We will be back!"

"Location location location. This one ticks the boxes. Just inside the bridge onto the island it is right next to the shops, bars and restaurants and next to the ferry pier. Everything is a very short walk. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the water and ferry pier. Well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is old and classic historic in some ways and a little tired in others. The only negative was the AC in the room did not cope with an early June heat. We set it to 19 but the room never got below 23 making it difficult to sleep at night. You can’t have the windows open as there are loads of flying insects hanging around. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. "

"Lovely place and clean. The staff are so helpful; they're excellent and couldn't wish for better. The hotel is very well placed for The Arena/Piazza Bra as well as Piazza Erbe - lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. A short walk to "Juliet's Balcony & house". Trains to Lake Garda and beyond; the bus to other places. Very cheap and the train in particular was very reliable. Our ultimate accolade for the hotel is: We would gladly stay there again.
