"We only stayed for 2 nights. Everything was as advertised and as we expected. It is very easy to reach the centre (10 min walk) and it’s many surrounding restaurants and shopping areas. Staff arranged a taxi to airport and it was there waiting for us at the booked time."

"This property had everything we needed for our quick visit to Verona. It was walkable from the train station and there was a nice bakery a short walk away where we were able to get breakfast. We especially enjoyed the coffee machine (Keurig style) complete with pods so we could have a coffee before leaving our room in the morning!"

"Nice big apartment vith a great view on the lake! The balcony was a nice place to wind down after long days. Though not recent, everything worked well. I appreciated having heat control in the beadroom. Having to check in at a different property is not the best, but anyway you do need a car to stay in that area. Grocery store and other food options only 2 minutes away. Was too cold to try the pool unfortunately."

"There was a major problem with the air conditionning which was dripping a lot even when it was close and the problem is that they knew about it because the floor was wet when we came in, also the wall and the door were wet. Someone came to fix it when we called but did not fix it and nobody offered us to change room or reimburse us.
