"Notre séjour était très bien et les enfants ont adorés le Aqua fun. Les points négatifs sont les suivants: les lits n’étaient pas du tout confortable et dans la chambre à côté de nous, le cadran a sonné à 6h30 sans même qu’il est quelqu’un dedans. Il a fallut que j’appelle la réception afin que quelqu’un aille fermer le cadran."

"Had a fabulous time at the Great Wolf Lodge Fitchburg, Ma Everyone was a first timer and we were all impressed with the quick check-in / out in addition to the daily age range of activities offered in and out of the water. The service was amazing, staff were so professional, the lifeguards were very active and well trained. The food and servers at the bar were so friendly & welcoming. "The property was kept up nicely. Or room was very cleaned and smelled fresh. The pool/sauna/hot tub areas were clean and no towels were left anything for guests to see. The beds were very comfortable and pillows were soft and some former ones. The breakfast was excellent. The water pressure was perfect for the shower. The view of the mountain outside our room was wonderful. We definitely will be booking here again!"
