"Noise, loud music played by the guests late night into the early hours of the morning. Reported to the frontdesk but to no avail. Consider having a policy for no music played in the guest rooms after 10pm. If you already have one, then enforce it. "

"Staying here for the second time to visit Acadia NP. Very friendly staff, 24 hour coffee and cookies. Room service is by request once in 3 days, but fresh towels are available if needed daily. Breakfast menu is good with hot sausages, omlettes, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit choices but is the same every day. About 6 miles away from Bar Harbor downtown. The property area is clean with nice flower beds."

"This was a great place to stay. Loved the view, food in restaurant was great, staff was excellent - from checking in person to servers in cafe to cleaning person. Room was so clean and comfortable. Grounds were beautiful. Lucky for us the weather cooperated as well!"

"We have a cabin on the basement level, it was exreemly quiet. The front desk ask that you request any cleaning or linens required, but we asked each day for facecloths, did not receive them, asked again couple hours later still none. "

"Over the hotel was nice and clean. The only negative was a one in the morning fire alarm malfunction, which made everyone get up and gather in the lobby while th Fire department figured out what was going on. Management did not address the issue or offer any kind of.compensation for the inconvenience."
