"Convenient location, friendly front desk staff. Called ahead of time to confirm my reservation and the person I spoke with was courteous and professional. Didn't use any of the amenities so can't comment there. Only here for a night but it met all my (admittedly basic) needs. By far the best price I could find in the area. Would definitely go back."

"We had a beautiful suite on the 3rd floor next to the entertainment. It was amazing and we all enjoyed both nights, we are 5 women over 65 & it was perfect. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed each day by us and we met and made new friends each time! It was a short walk to old Quebec City and we walked and enjoyed restaurants, the shops and sightseeing. We also ate at the hotel and all meals were excellent. Having the Jax & Gil around the corner was very handy. We did have 2 issues, a toilet that leaked and water pooled on the floor, we placed a towel on the floor. We had to ask each day for towels, coffee and cups for 5, we were only left 3 each day. Maybe have the cleaning staff with a printout of the number of people in each suite. They were minor inconveniences and did not detract from our stay and enjoyment at all. We are all so pleased that we booked with your hotel. "

"First when i stayed there i hated the room view in room 511, was a giant metal wall. But the manager called me and heard my concern was willing to change my room. I was very impressed of the time they take to listen to their visiters. This place is an OASIS for children. Definitely going back, highly recommend. Staff super polite, hotel makes you feel like your abroad on a resort."
