"The hotel is very dated and definitely needs updating. Water pressure is terrible. Toilet would not flush. When I addressed this with the front desk I was told they would come right away to help. 20 mins later I call to get and ETA and front desk said oh I forgot I will send someone right away. 10 mins later someone knocks, thrusts a plunder at me and walked away. To top it off our tv did not work and the restaurant service is very slow. On a plus side the food we had for dinner was quite tasty...

"I have two words for what could save this hotel: Controlled demolition. This is an ancient property that has been patched up and added on to over their years, so it has a bizarre layout and infrastructure that is creaky at best, including the elevator. Even though we were there during a heatwave, I expected better air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast room, but they were both tepid. The ice machine died while we were there, too. Our room could have been cooler as well, even with the AC set...
