"The Brass Key is a wonderful inn with great outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, lots of seating areas). The landscaping is particularly attractive. Staff was very friendly and the room was spotless. Indoor seating in bar area is limited so hope for good weather. Some parking spots, first come first serve, very convenient if you get one. Location in perfect, just a short walk to Commercial Street from Bradford, pretty much in the center of things. Very nice breakfast buffet."

"Don't have any service, no breakfast, even they never did daily cleaning for my room. But the location is Extremely Great! Located at the heat of upper old town, just few steps to the Frontenac. Also surrounded by many restaurants and pubs. Not bad considering the room price. I can’t asking more. "

The property is old and needs to be more clearly described -- for example, "private bathroom" means a space reserved only for you - but at the opposite end of the hallway. Parking is very tight and needs to be reserved in advance - but it was not clear from the description. The third floor room without an elevator was ok for me but may not be for others. "

"Very well situated, right in the old part of Newtown. Quiet neighborhood and close to the busier streets. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kindly let us stay past the check out hour. We didn’t get a room in the house we had reserved (not in Melville but in an adjacent house) and the room we got didn’t look like the pictures posted on line. It was a little poky but since we only wanted to use it to sleep in, it didn’t bother us much. "

"I’m sure not many head up to Bar Harbor and plan on watching a lot of TV but that was all I had a problem with. Had to go into town for Thursday night football, which is a super short drive. Add a smart tv to go along with great Wi-Fi and it’s perfect. Great location at a great price. Thanks!"

"Great spot. Very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. However, the street the property is located on is a very busy and loud area. You may hear extremely loud music coming from the restaurants and bars. The hotel does provide ear plugs, nonetheless. Other than that it's a fabulous place to stay. Absolute perfection. "
