"Generally clean, small condo conveniently located between downtown Ogunquit and Footbridge beach and Wells town line. Quick car rides to these locations. As all rentals have, there are quirks about this condo, however host was very quick to respond to questions. Both beds comfortable. FYI to taller guests: slopped & low ceilings on 2nd floor."

Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. "Great spot. Very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. However, the street the property is located on is a very busy and loud area. You may hear extremely loud music coming from the restaurants and bars. The hotel does provide ear plugs, nonetheless. Other than that it's a fabulous place to stay. Absolute perfection. "
