"Everything was very nice, no complaints"

"All staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful but the servers in the dining room were particularly well trained compared to ones we encountered at other establishments during our vacation. Bravo!"

"The staff was awesome. I was there for a medical procedure. When I needed extra supplies it was provided promptly. They were welcoming, friendly and smiles were plentiful. Very nice staff . Hotel is old but it is clean. There was a wheelchair available. I was so appreciative as I unexpectedly needed it. Thank you so much for your recognition of your disabled patrons. Kudos"

"The location was great. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good. The room (especially the bathroom) was quite rundown. The tiles around the shower were cracked but the room overall was a good size. We had a harbour view which was quite lovely. It was 1 $18.00 a day to park which seemed a little steep."

"The room was very clean, well appointed. Great shower! Breakfast was continental but fresh with lots of options."

"Great rooms but hotel could use a carpet replacement, very worn."

"Very nice hotel in a great location! It was clean and in good repair. Our only complaint was that we stayed in an atrium-view room, and the atrium we were on (there are two) had no natural light at all. That made waking up in the morning a little more challenging."

"Wished there was a hot tub on site. Other than that, amazing place!"

"Great hotel with large stylish rooms. Breakfast is basic but convenient."

"First time n Boston we stayed here and it was perfect, friendly staff clean rooms and great breakfast, close to downtown without paying downtown prices, we couldn't have been happier 😊"

"You pay for parking"

"Toujours parfait"
