"The place was super nice, clean and neat, very comfortable and close to a bus station which makes easy to move in the city, super markets and restaurants a very close, minutes away walking.. it is very well located.. The owners were very nice, friendly and gave us instructions about restaurants, different activities and places to go in the city..we had a wonderful time in Firenze!!! I recommed this place!!!"

The rest, the details that make a good night sleep, a great shower, are cheap , tacky or simply put in place with their price in mind, not the customer's comfort. First night, we barely slept. "The apartment was very nice ... however the shower leaked all over floor which attracted ants. They sent someone to fix shower but the silicone did not work and it continued to leak. Also no one came to clean the whole week we were there, when asked we were told it cost extra. Had to ask for clean towels, and toilet paper ran out. And the bed was a bit too hard for my comfort."
