"We really liked the location; it was quieter and less hectic but still close to all the main sites. The staff were lovely and friendly. The concierge sat down with us when we arrived with a map and showed us where the main attractions and several family style restaurants. The breakfast had many options and all the cappuccino you wanted. "

"The Hotel Jane is a gem of a hotel. The rooms were comfortable and all of the staff were welcoming and professional. The safe was a little tricky, but once I figured it out, it was easy. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of variety and the coffee was tasty. Definitely worth staying for. Later on in the day, you can get a drink or snack in the breakfast area. Hotel Jane is easy walking distance to bus stops and all the taxi/Ubers are familiar with the hotel because it is so well liked. I absolutely will stay here the next time I am in Florence. "

"It was a beautiful property. For the price the quality of the breakfast could have been better, and we asked for a bag to be mailed and they wouldn’t do it because it was a Sunday. We had hoped to not have to bring it on the train again. Overall, however, the staff was great and the property is beautiful and conveniently located."
