"Five star service Giorgio!!! Concierge was amazing and very helpful. Downstairs bartender was great. Hotel is a little far out from the center but totally walkable to almost anywhere. The hotel rooftop view was magical. They had a live band during sunset to make it an unforgettable evening. Our room was spacious. The bed could use some work very hard and not to comfortable. The aesthetics in the room were true

"Thank you sincerely for letting us stay in your gorgeous apartment. We stayed in 9 different places over four weeks in Italy and this was by far the best. There are many standouts - the location, the quiet, the safety, the atmosphere, but the beautiful architecture and lavish decoration was on top- plus the beds - they are so comfortable. When I come back to Florence, I would chose to stay here again above any other option. Thank you :)"

"We had an amazing stay! It was incredibly easy to walk anywhere in Florence. The owner Gabrielle was extremely hospitable. The room was small be very comfortable and very clean most importantly the AC worked!! The breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay again! "

"We have been traveling all over Italy for several weeks and this was by far our favorite stay. Our room was huge… had an upstairs bed and main floor had a living room, dining room, breakfast nook area and bathroom. The bathroom was nicely renovated. The room itself reminded me of a movie set from the 50s. Our room had a king bed, and it was in fact a king, not twins shoved together which we have found to be common in Italy.
