"This is an excellent hotel. We stayed here 3 nights. It is about 1.5 miles from Uffizi. Walk directly along the river to/from the hotel. The service we got was the best of our entire vacation. Staff was very helpful and English speaking. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Street construction made accessing the hotel by car a bit difficult, and we had to park at a public lot about 4-5 blocks away. It was nice being away from all of the tourists and crowds, yet close enough to walk or taxi to get to restaurants, shopping or museums. I would stay here again. Very please with this choice and felt it was a very good value. "

"The Hotel Jane is a gem of a hotel. The rooms were comfortable and all of the staff were welcoming and professional. The safe was a little tricky, but once I figured it out, it was easy. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of variety and the coffee was tasty. Definitely worth staying for. Later on in the day, you can get a drink or snack in the breakfast area. Hotel Jane is easy walking distance to bus stops and all the taxi/Ubers are familiar with the hotel because it is so well liked. I absolutely will stay here the next time I am in Florence. "

"It was a beautiful property. For the price the quality of the breakfast could have been better, and we asked for a bag to be mailed and they wouldn’t do it because it was a Sunday. We had hoped to not have to bring it on the train again. Overall, however, the staff was great and the property is beautiful and conveniently located."

"We haves stayed at this hotel four times, including two occasions this trip, and enjoyed each visit but frankly found it a little better the first couple times. They used to have an afternoon tea/proseco session for the guests in a comfortable setting within the hotel. On our first trip this service wasn’t offered and though this stop it is, the setting is now a cold sterile outside gravel covered seating area. We love this conveniently located hotel with great rooms and wonderful staff and hope to see it return to its better days."
