"Amazing service by the staff. David helped us get settled and went through popular attractions with us. He even gave us a map with the staff's favorite restaurants and landmarks. We were also upgraded to the two-bedroom apartment which was very roomy. The kitchen pots and pans were not the most clean but the rest of the apartment was great. "Was a beautiful hotel"

"The location of the property is amazing. Major attractions are in walking distance. It has parking spot which was a great relief for us. On top of that, the property was so peaceful and comfortable. The best part of our stay was the host. She was super nice and helpful. My wife was not feeling well in the morning and she allowed us to use her space until she gets better. She helped a lot while she was recovering. One of the best stay I have ever had."

"Stayed 3 nights while in Florence and absolutely loved Relais La Corte di Cloris. Staff were friendly and helpful, about a 15 minute walk from main city attractions. The room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable. The only downside was that our room was next to a rather busy street and we could hear traffic until around 23:00. Still managed to get some good sleep. Would definitely recommend!"

"Great little bar and bar area with an amazing bar tender who will give a master class on Italian alcohol. Breakfast was good. Staff was all very friendly. Street parking in the blue lines is the only parking, which we found a spot a few blocks down. Not a lot of retail or restaurants in the immediate area, which we were fine with as we had a car. "Well placed, it is clear this used to be a luxurious hotel. Some features point to that. The rest, the details that make a good night sleep, a great shower, are cheap , tacky or simply put in place with their price in mind, not the customer's comfort. First night, we barely slept. "This was our first time staying in a B&B, but we chose this place due to it's close proximity to the train station as we had a 7am train ride the next morning. Check-in was smooth and the hotel staff was prompt in their responses and very easy to communicate with up until our arrival.
