"Barcelo Valencia was incredible from start to finish! We arrived early in the day and although check in starts at 4, they had a room and gave it to us at 12pm. The room with the view of Ciudad de las artes y ciencias truly had a beautiful view of the city, and was spacious. Beds were comfy and bathroom big and lots of amenities available both in the room and upon request. The hotel staff are AMAZING, so kind and helpful, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff and cleaners. They have signs up in the restaurant that say the breakfast is unforgettable, and they aren’t lying. There’s a chef that will make you omelettes, fresh pancakes, etc. There is also a buffet filled with every kind of fruit, cheese, bread, pastry, deli meats and more- highly recommend getting breakfast included. The chef was super understanding that we don’t eat pork and made our omelettes on some baking paper to avoid cross contamination. The pool and gym are small but still very well looked after, the rooftop bar has a great view of the city too. The location is great, not too far from the city centre, about a 25min walk and a 15min bus ride. It’s a little harder to get back at night after 10:30pm without a taxi though, as buses become less frequent. All in all, a great stay- would highly recommend staying here!!"

"The property is near most of the tourist attractions in Valencia, there are lots of places to eat nearby, like Dulce de Leche who serves Argentinian delicacies to die for, there is a queue always but so worth it. A little Thai restaurant is just in front of the hotel and they serve lovely food in the most affordable price, kudos to their chef. And back to Hotel Valencia Center who went above and beyond our expectations, who served us champagne and cake slices on my birthday, maybe because I’m a platinum member of Expedia. The hotel itself is just fab when it comes to food served at breakfast time, to the cleanliness of the area, the courteousness of staffs, always eager to help, our big thanks to Jose Marie for all the help. All in all a five star experience."

"Excellent hotel. We stayed here as we were doing Valencia half marathon. Ideally situated. Staff were so helpful. Early breakfast for runners and information board with very useful information. Breakfast is basic but fine. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff go above and beyond. Situated near enough to the centre and attractions and also to the beach/marina. All walkable but also great transport links outside. "
