"Everything was wonderful until we where waiting for our taxi in the lobby today at 11:30 am and I took a napkin from the bar and this lady came running and ask in a not so friendly voice if we wanted order something to drink and I said no thank you. The bottom line is that your company should never hire that kind of people."

"The property is very nice. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good. My only complaint is the AC. The thermostat kept turning off. We called the front desk three times to reset it. It turned off during the night, I woke up at 4 am sweating! They encourage you to call the front desk to reset it even though we had called a few hours before. "

"I loved my stay at Barcelo Valencia. The hotel is lovely, the staff attentive and helpful and the location perfect. Right next to the riverbed/ park so it is an easy walk to centre of the city or the beach. The science centre/ oceanographic/ conference centre is right by the hotel. Lots of patisserie’s and restaurants nearby as well so easy to find a good place to eat. I had a great stay at this hotel, the room was spacious and the cleaning staff are excellent. I will definitely stay again. "
