"Right smack at a really great location which was easy to find restaurants and things to do. Transportation via public transport was also really easy. We stayed here also due to the close vicinity of the St Pancras station for the Eurostar. It had an amazing gym with smith machine and also a really good restaurant at the lobby one of the best i ever tried. If I were visiting king’s cross again this is definitely my first choice. "

"Excellent all around experience. The staff was all so nice and helpful. We had a baby and they were patient and kind to us throughout our stay. The room was very nice and shockingly quiet despite the bustle outside. I saw some reviews complaining about noise but the windows were all sealed and it was very quiet."

Upon check-in, the staff member said “we have you for one night” when in fact our booking was for three nights. A minor slip perhaps but, noted. "This hotel was centrally located and very convenient to the "Tube" for easy transport. The hotel was clean and the A/C worked very well (our preferenced). They also offer coffee, tea and an "hydration" area that offer empty bottles to refill with water 24/7! Rooms are not the biggest, but comfortable. Would stay here again!"

"Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. We had quite a small room , not much room to get though from one side to the other, but it was more than adequate for a nights stay. Very clean, good facilities, lovely bathroom. Comfy bed. Breakfast was great- lovely choice and very tasty cooked breakfast. Location was brilliant, right next to Warren Street station and a 20 minute walk from Oxford Street. Would definitely stay here again . "

"We stayed one night before a 9am Eurostar. The room was quiet and relaxing with comfortable beds and a well designed bathroom. Storage was good and electrical points everywhere. The hotel bars and restaurants were exemplary and wonderful places to hang out. Breakfast was spectacular and it was a joy to be able to leave the hotel almost directly to Eurostar check in. The spa experience was a little mixed. It felt very busy in the pool area and was noisy so wasn’t actually pleasant to relax in...
