"The hostel is accessible to a certain extent. For level access there is an enteance past the steps to main door. This is buzzer access rather than room key like the main door leaving you waiting for someone to release the door. It also malfunctioned once while I was staying there. You enter to 3 steps which has a platform lift this was in very good condition during my visit it was very clean, no damage to it and was reasonably speedy to unfold. Note to others they expect you to operate this...

"Considering the cost to stay in London this place is budget friendly. It’s clean, safe, not very modern, but a good value. Neighborhood is great."

"Located close to the Eurostar train station. The property was excellent but the surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy but still seemed safe."

"Gammelt og slidt, men rent. Rigtig god beliggenhed"

"Distance from room to Lifts was excessive. Not as promised."

"La estancia fue muy cómoda y limpia, cuenta con lo necesario para descansar y asearse, por el precio es una gran opción. El personal fue siempre amable y ofrecen la opción de guardar el equipaje si tu vuelo es tarde el día del check-out. Está cerca de transporte y lugares de comida."

"外壁にホテルの看板を、もっと目立つように、してくれたら、直ぐ見つかったのに、慣れないせいで、ホテルの周りを、2回も回ってしまった、それが残念でした。"

"A little rundown but super convenient with competitive pricing"

"It took 2 hours to find the property as it not mark up and no outside signs... Keyless entry did not work and this took another hour to sort out over the phone, over all the property is in poor condition outside and in. The room was very small and in poor repair. The room was missing cups, coffee and and had 2 tea bags bags and one sugar stick Ther wee no towels in the room and in the cubards there was some rubbish and a dirty towel Over all it's not a good Property or value for many .....

"Excellent location - walkable to Euston station, British museum and Soho for theatres and shopping. Plus tube stations/bus stops nearby. Staff were very accommodating, room was ready early and luggage could be left after checkout. This is a traditional English B&B, rooms were a little outdated, slightly dusty but overall clean and functional. Free full English breakfast served to your table with cereal, coffee/tea and juices. Overall great value for money given the location."
