"Reception staff were the brilliant so helpful and friendly always went the extra mile for every request we had. "Our room was sizeable and comfortable beds. The reception staff were very helpful and accomodating as my husband had hired a mobility scooter and we needed a room close to the lift and to access electric hook up and a safe place to leave it. I did have to request wine glasses and cork screw as the kitchen had limited glasses, but this was solved immediately. Very kind staff. "

"Small holiday home, but has mostly everything you will need. Dislike the street it’s on though, a bit/very rowdy and noise at night, but it’s not a bit problem. Overall you get what you pay for, good, convenient and great price so cannot complain. "

"Ponent Mar, is a stunning aparthotel with stunning views. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The only thing I would say (maybe because it was early season) is the bar closes at 11 , and no warnings or signs to tell you this. But apart from that it is an incredible place and we will definitely return."

"This hotel overall was great - the ocean view for every room is definitely the number one highlight. Also the staff / service was excellent - everyone was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, my friends and I loved starting our day with the delicious breakfast and gorgeous ocean view. The slightest downfall was the hotel in some parts is a little older / worn down, but everything was clean and that’s what matters most. An awesome place with awesome staff!"

"The condition of the rooms is very tired and in need of an update, although clean and bathroom was of high standard. Daily cleaning of room could have included a mop or good sweep to take away sand. The walls are thin, kept awake by next room who were up all night having an early morning flight, with a lot of noise caused by beds which scrape along floor. This hotel finds itself between being an adult only and a family hotel and ends up not catering that well for either in terms facilties, with...
