"Our stay as a whole was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. However the only downside was poor communication. We received an email days before our arrival offering us the option to upgrade which we requested. We never heard back and told on check in there was nothing available. We had also emailed the hotel a few day before check in with some questions and again we did not get any response. We also emailed while there asking for clarity on the dress code for the restaurant and again no response so we were quite disappointed by that. We were advised to use the app so I decided on the second day to request a specific pillow which the app offered. Unfortunately again, we never received any reply and the pillow was never delivered. Seems a bit pointless to ask us to use the app when no one responds. However everything else was great. Food was amazing. Cocktails were delicious. Loved the bar and the staff were so friendly and attentive."

"Great place to stay with the kids and the family, there is quite a few stairs from the main entrance to the pool area and accommodation rooms behind the pool. There is a ramp that goes round the pool to avoid the stairs, it’s not a deal breaker but it is a bit frustrating with prams."

"Hotel is not for people with mobility issues. The whole resort is hilly as well, so this should be a consideration. Hotel spotless. Staff helpful. Breakfast was fine . We were never left hungry . A good variety. No issues with sun loungers. Only small issue was the shower was very small."

"These apartments are in a good position a short walk to the bars restaurants and the beach.... The reception staff were excellent...pool was big with lots of sunbeds ....not sure about the bar as only used it once as the staff member was to busy on her mobile to serve..so we just nipped across the road to the spar for drinks and other essentials.. The apartment was good and the housekeeping was very good HOWEVER IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE LESS MOBILE AS THERE ARE LOTS OF STEPS AND NO LIFT"
